Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm EST. Orders received during non-business hours will be processed the next business day.
All orders received by 11:00am EST will be processed the same day during regular business hours except for "Dropped Shipped" merchandise from our manufacturers that may be subject to delays beyond our control. When ordering, please be sure of the correct part number and quantity needed. This will ensure prompt and accurate order processing.
Orders shipping to a Different Location than the Billing Address on the Credit Card used for payment may be delayed Three or more business days pending Verification with Credit Card Issuer.
Payments will be accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or PayPal.
All orders being shipped within the continental United States will be sent via the shipping method selected by the customer when placing the order. Please note that Buyweld.com reserves the right to choose the carrier at time of shipment. Orders being shipped to Canada will be shipped via UPS Standard. Dropped shipped items will be shipped from our manufacturers via their common carriers.
Merchandise marked FREE SHIPPING will be shipped standard ground service to the continental United States via common carrier or freightliner. Additional shipping charges apply for next day, second day or third day orders.
Large shipments shipped via freightliners must be delivered to a commercial/business address, assuming that the location has a loading dock or fork lift to remove the item or items off the truck if needed. Buyweld.com is not responsible if the items cannot be unloaded from the truck. Buyweld.com will not pay for any residential fees, surcharges or lift gate fees. Any additional shipping charges or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order with Buyweld.com, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to comply with our shipping policies.
Merchandise offered for sale on Buyweld is returnable within 14 days of the original purchase. All return merchandise requests must have been sold by Buyweld and have an issued "Return Merchandise Authorization" number in order for credit to be issued. Please contact us for RMA#. All items must be in brand new unused sellable condition. Some returns may be subject to a re-stocking and or handling fee, Buyweld reserves the right to make this decision at our sole discretion. Shipping costs for returned merchandise are solely at customer's expense, except for merchandise shipped in error or damaged.
Claims for shortages, incorrect or damaged merchandise must be reported to Buyweld within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise, please contact us. Claims for damaged or incorrect merchandise must be treated as a regular "Return" with a Buyweld issued "Return Merchandise Authorization" and must be returned within 10 days of original receipt. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped free of any additional shipping charge. Shortages will also be replaced free of any additional shipping charges, unless the customer decides that they do not want a replacement and in this case, credit will be issued.
Only the manufacture's warranty applies to all merchandise including welding machines sold by Buyweld. Any merchandise defects detected after 14 days of original purchase must be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty, expressed or implied is offered by Buyweld.
